THANKS!!!!
The version you sent me does not crash any more TexHelper!
What i did:
- Uninstall
- Remove bumptop directories from "program files" and "application data" (it leaves some junk :P)
- Install the new version
- Done, no crash.
I haven't changed the settings.json this time, so Visuals is set to 2
Icons are showing good.
I have another trouble now, but I will open a new post.
After closing and restarting bumptop, I have a windows error I described before. It seems like it is trying to access the floppy drive -.-
Thanks again!!

@Winson: were you talking about the 2738 version from the website?
I got that and the beta code doesn't work any more.
Now I have the free-version limitation. (And problems still there)
But now I have one more error coming up (just today, even before the update)
It's a "disc not found" like the other one, but now it's from "Bumptop" instead from "Windows"
I think these errors can be caused by the link I have on my desktop, pointing to Floppy CD, and DVD drives.
Maybe bumptop is trying to read them to create a preview?

With Visuals = 3 i can see the icons not showing previously and twitter/facebook/images/etc.. on the wall too.
The startup error saying "Windows - disk not present" Exception Procession Message c0000013, and the TexHelper crash are still there.
TexHelper crashes even when I "expand" a folder, maybe it's something "tumbnails-related".
I can see the red X ! :) but not icons inside the pile (texhelper crash) :P
Thanks for the hint, anyway.
