You can use a Twitter search engine like Summize Twitter Search to view tweets from groups of friends.
Just use a combination of the OR operator and the FROM operator.
For example, if you enter this as your search parameter
from:ev OR from:biz OR from:crystal
... you'll see a search results page that contains only the tweets from those three users.
You can bookmark the search results page to create your own custom group view.

Organizing TwitterrheaIs there a Twitter tool out there that can help me group my friends and organize conversations into separate folders - so I'm not overwhelmed by the daily deluge of Twitterrhea in search of the few gems of meaningful information?

Just want to add that I started having the same problems this past week (end of April 08), and my email situation is quite sensitive as I work in Tunisia and I can't even use Outlook in this country. I thought gmail was a solution and now I'm really stuck! Switching to the older version doesn't help. I can't even open up new mail. The only thing I can manage doing is opening a new message, popping it into a new window and sending.
Where's a solution?!

For those who are still having trouble with Gmail being slow, have you tried what Nathaniel767 suggested 5 months ago?
Here it is again, as follows:
. . .All you have to do is switch back to the older version you can find the link to change it back at the top of the page on the right hand corner it looks like this.
whatever@gmail.com | Settings | Older Version | Help | Sign out
I just clicked that and every thing is as fast as ever. . .
Or, as Mike Reynolds implied a month ago, you can just set your Gmail link to: http://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=1
I have to admit I am curious, though. At the top of this page it says "Google is here! 3 employees are listening and participating."
If that is true, why are there no comments here from Google?

I don't have Firebug and for the past year I get hit with more and more lame "Ooops we encountered a server error and your email has not been sent" BS in addition to my Gmail getting hung and timing out, leaving me with a blank white screen when I login into my account.
Sometimes it takes me 10 minutes and 2+ error messages to send just 1 email!
Is Gmail broken - how do I get it to work faster?-

Is there any way to enable public editing of a public Google calendar? So I succeeded in making my Google calendar public and shared it with my group on Facebook. I want to allow anyone on my Facebook group to edit the Calendar without having to go through the steps of giving them admin privileges.
Is it possible to allow anyone to edit my public Google calendar? If so, how? If not, does a free public calendar application exist out there that allows free for all editing?
Thanks in advance!

Bulk Uploading Contacts into Facebook - How Do I Get it to Work?I am a group Admin on Facebook with 1500 contacts on a .csv spreadsheet I want to invite to our Group. Every time I try to upload these contacts into Facebook using their import feature, Facebook hangs, and then delivers an error message. It seems to only import some of the contacts not all - so I have no way of knowing if it has imported all and is sending out invites 100 at a time, or if it timed out and didn't import all the data in my spreadsheet.
I've tried importing the spreadsheet directly. I've even opened Yahoo & Gmail accounts and tried importing those contacts that way. This also happens when I try to upload them directly into my profile, so I can invite them to the group as "friends" - though I prefer to keep my biz contacts and friends separate.
Any idea how to get this to work? It's very frustrating and time-consuming.
