It appears that image upload is now much more reliable too. There are some situations where there are image-scaling problems but hopefully these have been minimised. Please report any difficulties you encounter.

Avatar handling has been fixed so you can now upload an image of yourself by clicking on your username in the top-right of the screen, clicking on the settings tab and clicking "edit" on the little image.

We are still having problems with the item-image upload and will let you know as soon as it is fixed.

You can now delete your town info. We're still giving a warning but that should be fixed today.

We deployed new address handling code yesterday and it looks like this wasn't fixed. We should have a fix for it very soon.

This has just been fixed and the feeds are now in the correct order showing the most recent reviews.

You can use these feeds in several different ways but the most useful is to add them as a widget to your blog sidebar. It'll show all your latest reviews no matter where you wrote them. In Wordpress, just add an RSS widget with your feed as the source.

The editor we use (FCKEditor) for writing reviews seems to interfere slightly with Firefox's spellcheck-as-you-type and we are investigating this. However, you can get it to spellcheck once your review is written by just right-clicking in the entry area and selecting "Check Spelling"

Unfortunately when you write in Microsoft Word and then try to paste the contents into the review writing screen, Word includes a lot of hidden formatting which we cannot handle or display correctly. The editor on our site does its best to strip this unnecessary markup from the review but sometimes it fails.

We recommend that you either write directly on the site (and save as a draft if you are not ready to publish) or paste to Notepad first and then copy/paste from Notepad into LouderVoice.

I receive strange pop-up messages from the site or errors when I publish if I paste reviews into LouderVoice which were written in Microsoft Word.

We currently have some bugs in avatar handling. They should be fixed very soon.
