Mystery solved. All of the SKU's still showing "Multiple" are in your archive. Click Products > View Archived to access & edit those.

RZ allows archived products to be reported against.

Ron -

I suggest using the "Delete Sales Data" link on the royalty report sales transactions page, and re-uploading your sales data.

This will identify any unrecognized skus or other errors. I think some of the sales transactions are still pulling old data, prior to your changes.

Hi Rita -

It appears you've gone down a wrong path - your Licensor has already setup the property, categories, and territories for you. You can view the agreement details by clicking on "View Agreement Details" on the left navigation. Click "Summary" to see the royalty rates, advances, etc.

There is a licensee training video available at the top right on the "Home" page in RoyaltyZone - that is the best place to start!
