Whoah, I can see why you get nowhere with customer service. When you call in and start rattling off numbers with no one knowing what on earth your talking about, swearing, threatening lawsuits, no only will no one want to help you, you'll get no help.

Sounds like a call I got before. The guy was super pissed all the time even though I was being civil. He kept repeating the same numbers quickly without explaining what exactly they meant, and he got mad at me for not picking it up.

before you start getting angry and bashing everything all over th eplace, you need to calm the hell down and take some time explaining what the issue is. Threatening legal action and swearing is not (and will not) help. I'm a great person and I love to help, but when someone starts this crap up, I shut down.

That's weird, I've been a Sprint customer for 14 years and have had absolutely no problems renewing and changing contracts. Sounds like a fluke to me.

Who the heck would pass up a close friend's wedding to get the cable hooked up? It's CABLE, not life support. Sounds fishy to me.
