I have Firefox 3.5.2 and there are a few weird and very annoying things going on...

1. It will not save my passwords for any sites and does not ask me if I want to save it(and I do have the option enabled to save passwords, I also have the option enabled to allow cookies with no exceptions).

2. Websites (such as forums) with the option to keep me logged in (or remember me) do not work - I get logged out if I close Firefox or if I leave the site for a while.

not sure if this is related but...

3. Firefox is freezing for about 2-5 seconds at what seems like random times. When I say freeze I mean everything just stops - I can't click or type anything on the Firefox window. After the couple of seconds it just keeps going again like nothing happened and if I was typing all the letters will pop up.
