Only way to access my account is by requesting password reset.
When I log out and log back in, account is always locked whether i try new password or old.

Cannot access account with third party apps.

Why is there no SEARCH function. I have hundreds of files in my Drop. How can i easily find the one i'm looking for?

Peter, that is a DATE stamp, not a TIME stamp.
A file sharing system should have BOTH.

Can't get itunes library sharing to work from Windows Vista desktop to Windows XP laptop.

I have itunes music library on my windows vista desktop and would like to listen on my windows xp laptop. I have turned on itunes library sharing and have enabled all the windows folder sharing and turned off firewalls.

From my laptop, i can see and access the desktop files via file manager and actually play the songs outside of itunes. When i try to access the itunes library from laptop, i can see the songs, but cannot play them. Error message says it is a firewall problem.

Any suggested solutions are welcome.
