correction...it does work. It only does not show up when using my Firefox browser but works fine in IE8. Any updates on the issue?-

btw I tried what you suggested (about the <link href="true"> the code. When I view the blog everything shows up normal, but the tab it no where to be found. -

No need to apologize for the delay. But thanks! Anyway, I've tried to do as you said, as I stated before... and I got the code to be accepted by the XML editor once but it totally screwed up the entire webpage when I view it. Any pointers as to precisely where I should paste the code within the <head></head> section? -

Why won't my Suggestions Tab implement correctly?How can I make the "floating" Suggestion Tab stay as...well... a floating Suggestion tab? I'm using blogger and when I implement the code it just stays wherever I move it to in the layout. The image I included shows the result I am getting.
Note: I tried pasting the code in and also using the "Add to Blogger" button -- both produce the same results.
edit: I've also tried going into edit the HTML in the layout tab and paste the code in before the tag -- I get this message:
