Our version states it is 4.8.3; however, we had to defragment over the weekend. Is there something we are missing in Cablecast so we don't have to do it manually?

We are having the same problem with our video files. Video uploads. Video is selected from the list. Black box appears. Nothing happens.

Control Module Not Responding
We are setting up our new TRMS and I cannot get the Control Module Hosts (under "System Settings") to accept anything but the default module setting (AdTec...) HELP!
