I am South Carolina and cannot pay by phone either. I refuse to use their website because I want to be in control as to when my payment comes out of my bank. I do not get paid on the same date every month. I actually contacted their Atlanta payment center was told by the agent they could take a check over the phone. Needless to say my service was cut off because agent was wrong. I got such a run around that day! One agent here in the Charleston market was on the phone with me trying to help me reach a supervisor when we were transferred to a totally different market. If I had to option to go with another cable/internet provider I would but I don't. This company needs to take a page from Cox Cable.-
