Perhaps we have a related problem. We have a managed card obtained from here:

Login first as user bob with password foozle. Then get managed card. Then logout as user bob and try using the managed card to login. Azigo fails (no password is required for managed card but Azigo keeps prompting).

Windows Cardspace selector sends the managed card without password successfully...
