That's because photosynth wasn't able to make a connection between some of you pictures.

Create a LOT of overlap (60% or so)
Use wide angles, don't make many close-ups.

And then try again.

I already suggested that. Currenctly I am not able to rotate very well.
I think they programmed that in roughly 15 minutes (cause I could write something better in 1h).

It looks like they are working hard to fix all these bugs. We will definialty see a proper camera in the next release :-)

Go to:
http://photosynth.net/Default.aspx
click on "Sign in" (it's a the top left and it's damn hard to see)
After that you should see all you synths.
Now you can delete synth, edit your profile etc.

comments are always activated, but you need to be logged in in order to write comments.

i think you should realy make a ofline version of photosynth. it's just a cool, new way to look at pictures. and it's mush easier to get better at synting ofline and than upload a rely beautyfull synth. that way you will get less "just a cup" or " my desk"-synths online. i think thats just a waste for testing it out. i would realy love a synthing program wich can save the data of how the photo's are located and ware the cameras are ect in a xml-like file (.syn :p) that can be saved with the photo's and than be opend by a photosynth viewer. you could even meke it integrate in the windows brouwser as easy as picturevieuwer.

I tried Chrome, but when I installed the plugin the plugin wanted to repair itself (I've already installed photosynth on IE7).

You should really support Chrome or change your site, so that it supports Chrome ;-)

The browser is just awesome and I want use both. Chrome and Photosynth.

Yeah, and on a fast connections every 0,1s a new photo shows up. Not a good decision, just make a maximum limit of 2s or so.
Nice idea, but not necessary. Just make a local version of photosynth. I've an apache server next to me, why can't I use it? Why doesn't the photosynth team allow me to show my synths to my friends? Why do I have to upload anything? :-(
