Gmail IMAP Import gets stuck on Processing

While I can log into the main 'box' page just fine, whenever I log in from the main site, or go through to add my Gmail account to my OtherInbox, I get redirected to a Gmail processing page (imap) that doesn't seem to get me anywhere. There's a progress bar but it doesn't move. Am I missing something?

I've tried going from the 'box' page through Settings and adding my gmail account again (both normal and apps for domain) and can get redirected to the processing page with a green bar promising me that it has been successful and that it should be processed within a couple of hours. But nothing happens!

Absolutely agree with Linus' comment above. This looks great but it's been a while now and at least another update would be much appreciated.

I appreciate the difficulties of software development, but I really think an update - just a short message - would be a great help to us all.

I did buy the product with the fact in mind that a new version would be coming out shortly, with the promised features...

Basically I feel concerned at the lack of communication - while the lack of apparent progress is a concern, to me if I had been told more regularly about the progress and maybe the difficulties that the team are having, I'd feel more sympathetic.
