I like the getsatisfaction help pages it lets the owners and the networkowners share idea's and report problems.

BUT when we share a idea or repot a problem all we get is:

"Cool idea... we'll have a think about it!"

but we never get a response on off any one once an idea or problem has been asked.

So for idea's you would say:

"we will pass it on to the team"

but we never get a responce saying what the team said if it was a good idea or if it is impossible to do.

And its the same for problems.. you say

"we will look in to it"

But never tell us when it has been fixed.

so please keep us updated on our problems & ideas (please!)

A yearly pay option would be great so that we don't have to keep up with the paymeants each month and so may be you could start selling domanins with another site to encourage network owner to pay yearly.

Is this going to be added and if not why?

I am having a problem with geting to the next page when searching any site on SG (or zocku)

I just get a loading icon and nothing happens.

Okay i love the apps that EV dose at WidgetLaboratory but we need to see a open platform were other 3party developers can add there widgets in to the store.

Like some kind of opensocial tools.

I see many apps for N*ing and other social networking sites but there is no open platform here at socialgo.

Your bandwidth is for each month so every month it will reset to zero (usually the day after your payment)

but your storage space dose not reset each month.

(if you want more storage or bandwidth you can buy extra blocks from your admin centre > change my plan)

I love all three.

I think that all members must confirm there email so that it encourages members to come back and read there messages + it also helps stop them one time members that sign up with a fake email and never come back (you all know what I am on about).

I do know that SocialGo & the Lab are working on a profile editing tool but i don't know the progress on this but i did ask widgetLaboratory and thay said:

"I'm afraid we do not have a date on the release of this product. There are still a few that are in front of it however, so... you'll have to hang in there with us."
