We are currently working on improving how the site flows so people can better understand the system. If you would like to cancel your account please email support@tweetsurge.com. We are also happy to explain it further via email!
Thanks,

Jeremy R. DeYoung replied on September 05, 2009 00:45 to the question "Twitter password concern" in TweetSurge:
We are actively working to introduce the oAuth option that twitter provides. We hope to have this feature implemented during the next few weeks. Twitter supports oAuth but until the last few days, has not supported all the features within Twitter. We had to wait for twitter to catch up before we upgrade our system.
Thanks and let us know if you have any other questions.
Jeremy R. DeYoung replied on September 05, 2009 00:44 to the idea "confused" in TweetSurge:
Kathy, TweetSurge will help you grow your twitter following by an automated program which works within your account. Everytime you enter a new search term, the system will find users matching the keywords you entered. Over a few weeks your followers will begin to grow allowing you to market directly to your niche market.
I hope this was helpful for you and I'm happy to answer any other questions you have.

I'm not exactly following you however if you would email support@tweetsurge.com I will answer you there. I need some personal information that I do not want listed on the public website.
Jeremy R. DeYoung replied on September 03, 2009 17:00 to the question "Queue and Yielding" in TweetSurge:
Right now the program automatically will follows the twitter users on your behalf. We do not currently offer a way for you to download a list of users so you can current follow but if you would like, I will add it in the next feature build.
The queue is more of a way to represent your search results.
Does this make since?
