Ah, that would be why I'm not seeing it then. I'm just on the free account since I just registered to try it out.

That's a strange feature to only include in the top-level package, since it means pretty much any company in Canada or many other places can only start on the top package and can't even consider the smaller ones...

Strange, I don't see the form to add more than the one default tax there. It also gives me an alert popup when I try to change the tax name of the default tax saying "Did not change percentage." See the following screen grab for what I'm seeing in the tax section.

Any update on this feature, an ETA? It would be much easier to use as a Canadian business if I had this.

This will most likely be another part of our upcoming changes too. No definite date for launching anything yet, but lots of changes are in the works. All these ideas and suggestions really help to let us know whether we're on the right track with what we're working on, so keep 'em coming! :)

Hey John, I believe we're thinking along very similar lines actually. We haven't really announced much of what we've been working on behind the scenes yet since we've got a few lower-level things we need to finish up before launching the next big updates, but analytics are definitely part of the plan :)

Thanks for the feedback. Paypal is a definite possibility down the road. We've been working on some updates to the site, and one of the ones we know we really need to post soon is some info about the security of our payment processing. We want to provide some clear assurances as a sort of mini-FAQ during the checkout so everyone can see we take security seriously.

Essentially, it will explain that we take all payment details through a secure SSL connection, send the details on to our payment processor through SSL as well, and the credit card info is then erased from our system. We don't store credit card numbers anywhere on our system, only the last 4 digits for reference (so we can show "####-####-####-5432" in subscription receipts) and a confirmation number from the purchase. So even if our security is somehow compromised, there's no sensitive info being stored.

Hopefully that will help reassure customers that we're providing a safe and trustworthy service. If you have any additional suggestions on how we can improve it further, we'd love to hear them :)
