A comment on the idea "Linux version of the Music Mover" in lala:

In latest beta, it installs and runs, but uploading results in an error. I can post the logs if needed. Output on the CLI (from wine):

Yes. It says that when you initially log in that the credits expire after 30 days. "Use it or lose it".

Hm.

The latest version of the MSI doesn't even install on wine-1.0.1. (Ubuntu 9.10, package version 1.0.1-0ubuntu8)

Lala is a great service, but it'd be even more so if it worked on Linux, even under Wine.

An employee of my company does not have an "employee" outline in their avatar.

Example: in http://getsatisfaction.com/sugarlabs/... , Walter Bender is marked as an employee in the sidebar but I'm not able to mark his answer as a "company answer" nor does he have a "employee" outline. I am an administrator in the organization on gsfn.

Isn't this purpose served by the Record Activity, which allows you to make audio recordings as well as video?

Adding direct recording to the Journal Activity itself is not in mesh with the human interface guidelines at this time, if that's what you're talking about.

Often somebody forgets to update the status as we reply to a question.

Ideally, we'd like to be able to change the status from our admin management page, but is there any way at all to change a question's status without a new reply?
