It sounds like you are trying to edit the Source in your wiki page. The source code is often re-interpreted by our Point and Click editor. You can't count on it keeping your edits untouched.

If you need your HTML to remain untouched, you'll have to use our HTML plugin to insert your HTML into the page.

Big problem. Break tags are not holding - on "save" the WYSIWG tool turns them into tags.
What to do, what to do...
