OMG!! I cant believe that the same thing is happening to many people! The same thing happened to me!! Good thing that I had only $2.35 left in my account, though! They fist got me for $1.00, Then tried to get me for $15.39- but that charge was declined because of insufficient funds!! Ha, Ha! But I guess what I'll end up having to do is start a fresh account. And the type of credit card account I have is a Pre-paid visa account! How in the world are they getting into my account???? I'll first try to change the password on it, but Ill probably start fressh like i said, just to be sure. This sucks!!!

I've fought though my bank and haven't got anything back yet. They say it'll take two weeks. So, I'm totally broke for the next two weeks. They stole $200 then my bank charged I don't know how many OD fees for $27.00 each. – missygail, on September 25, 2008 03:32

I want to know if anyone on this list has shopped at www.shoplacure.com
I shopped there, and I've been checking my account all day because I accidentally ordered two creams when I meant to order only one. They emailed me and were only going to send and charge me for one. I was checking out my account online to make sure. That's when I found the charge for Check Card APL*ITUNES 866-712- (doesn't show the rest of the number).
They hit me for a dollar the first time, then for $206.00!!!
This just happened moments ago. I'm going to go to the bank and get this charge dropped. Make them fight it.
I haven't been on Itunes in the past, but it was back in May or April. Since that time they changed my charge card. I haven't changed my information on Itunes since the credit card change. No, way that ITunes could have my new card number!
I don't think that Check Card www.shoplacure.com is a bad store, but I think there's something sinister hiding on their website and capturing information.
I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this....

I just checked my online Chase Visa debit card account and I have 4 different transactions from "APL*ITUNES 866-712-7753 CA" They are in amounts of $44.56, $44.56, $44.45 and $44.36. I don't purchase anything online and I don't download ITunes or anything else. There is also an additional charge that I know I didn't do for "NOMINALIA INTERNET-BARCELONA" FOR $50.05. I definitely don't know anything about this charge. i've had to cancel my debit card and i'm waiting for the charges to post so that I can file my claim. I'm the only one with access to this account and debit card. It's frustrating. I've seen reports on the iTune charges, but nothing on the Nominalia charge. If anyone has information on that, let me know.-
