@ astor songbird plays the majority of my library too but i realised that it doesnt like certain types of ID3 tag. when it skips those tracks it gives the same error....luckily if you edit the tag with an ID3 tag editor such as MP3 Tag it seems to fix it

yup installing the fraunhofer codec worked cheers matos

The module "L3CODECA.ACM" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found.

Make sure that "L3CODECA.ACM" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again

i get this error under vista 32bit any ideas

from just looking at this it does look like a similar error but the error code is slightly different so im not sure

not just a problem with xp i have the same problem on vista 32bit.

@Laurent ive also tried this to no avail

i keep getting this error

Same problem.....running 1.1.1 on vista 32bit songbird will play wma files unfortunately my library is all mp3

really bugging me as this looks like such a great program
please someone fix this

i have this same problem......i think it possibly has something to do with the id3 tag......

here is the error tag i recevie
