Okay, I see. I go to More..., and then the Edit button appears. If I press it, Configure appears at the top of the page. Then, the only thing I can do is arrange the four icons (other than More...), right? Seems like there is much more that could be done here.

Scanning seems to be the option for those of us with older phones. I cannot get my original iPhone to focus at 6 inches.

What does "Configure" do? It seems all I can do there is move the existing icons around, but they go back to their original positions. I would like to be able to add new categories, and I thought "Configure" would let me do that.

Okay, that's one step forward (or backward in the right direction).

Now, maybe, someday, we can have actual multiple libraries. For example, I would really like to have a library with books I plan to sell and another one with the books on my shelves. I really do not want these in one library. Oh, and please: an easy way to move items from one library to another.

In Delicious Library version 1, the details for an item appeared on the right. In DL 2, they appear on the bottom. Since my monitor (like most) is wider than it is tall, this is annoying, but I can't find any way to change it.

Ironically, since upgrading to Leopard, the problem has gone away for me. I migrated my Tiger system as part of the upgrade, but did NOT migrate my "Sharing preferences" (or something like that) figuring that might be where the problem lay. Anyway, since then, all has been good.

I signed up and can log in with the password I was emailed, but when I try to change it I get a message that the "canonical name" (same as nickname?) is taken. I cannot make any changes at all to my account. Bummer!

In your Applications folder (or somewhere) you should find an application named Image Capture. In its Preferences settings (File menu) is an option that lets you choose what happens when a camera is connected, including "Do nothing". This should do what you want, but I have not tried it.

Repeated "Connection failure"

I am running Tiger 10.4.11. About two weeks ago, I started getting an alert about every half-hour, saying "Connection failure - The server may not exist or is not operational at this time. Check the server name or IP address and try again." According to the Apple support pages, this happens when running Classic (OS 9) in Tiger and trying to access an AppleShare (AFP) server. But I am not running Classic. Any other ideas what might be happening, or how to diagnose this?
