Try this from the tomtom website which tells you how to find the carefully hidden reset button for different TomTom models - you'll need a paperclip - this reset method worked for my TomTom510 when I thought it was dead. I was really pleased to hear that annoying little tomtom sound when it started up again after me assuming it was ready for the bin!

I have this problem too mine worked fine for a month then zap as above
it will be intresting to see what they say to fix it
but a pain as i live in nz and they want it sent to the USA

I have this problem as well with my tomtom910 - the reset button has been rest, and the on switch held down, but so far, no restart, just a green light and a blank screen. -

Dead Tom TomI have a TT One, the green light is on, but the device will not work. i have done the soft and hard reset about 10 times, i have taken out the SD card tried to start it, i have removed the " trashes" folder from the SD card, i have tried everything in all of the blogs, nothing works- is the battery? is the screen is just dead?
Any help would be appreciated.
