You buy a family pack ;). MobileMe expects that you're only buying it for one person, so there's no "sub-accounts" and separations. You can go onto his comp and click on MobileMe settings (or MobileMe dashboard if ur on a Windoze), then check and uncheck whatever you want synced to his computer - and leave whatever you want for yourself.
