I have had this problem for about three weeks now, I phoned apple yesterday, but found out I needed to pay $49 if I wanted to talk to them!
But the guy gave me a tip anyway and told me that if you take the battery out and hold the power button for 10 seconds it resets the charge or something, and that might work. It didn't for me, but it might for some of you.
