remove sign up

Hi, I was wondering if there was a code to remove the "log in-sign up" button that is under the comment box? i already removed the other one.
and also i was wondering if there was a code to remove the orange button on the top right corner that allows users to subscribe to the blog posts, since my website isn't a blog. i want the comment box to be as simple as possible for the users.
