Add "Double posted" to list of reasons for topic removalWhenever we remove a topic, we're required to check off a reason why the topic is being removed. One of the most common reasons why we remove a topic is because it has been double posted due to the poster clicking on submit more than once.
It would be great if there were a "Double Posted" or "Duplicate Post" as a reason for removing a topic because "Spam" or other reasons in the list don't really fit why we deleted the post.
Thanks!-

Yes, let's discuss. Obviously, I'm in favor of having the option to close old threads to new posts, but leaving it available for people to read. The main problems we have are: new users topping really old topics for resolved problems or implemented ideas without adding to the discussion, or users posting their new problem in a thread for similar but fixed problem.
We would rather leave these topics available than to remove them. And burying doesn't seem to work because buried topics get resurrected sometimes, too.

Be able to close a resolved/outdated topic to new postsHello,
Recently, we've had users adding posts to topics from many, many months ago that were resolved or features that were implemented; some of them even buried because they were resolved. It would be helpful if we could keep the old threads readable, but close them to new posts because the particular problem has been resolved or the idea was implemented. It would help our small staff minimize the effort to keep up with posts on our GetSatisfaction forum: we've had new users sign up to GetSatisfaction and go through the forum from the beginning, topping a dozen or more outdated topics with posts that didn't add to the overall discussion but still required us to check the topics.
I understand that burying a topic should prevent this from happening, but it doesn't seem to help us in this situation...
Thanks!

Choosing topic from Merge into... menu isn't workingHello,
When I choose a topic from the Merge into... list, it takes me to the merge page but the URL in the text box is the URL of the topic I want to merge, not the URL of the authoritative topic. So I still have to paste in the correct URL or do a search to find the topic to merge into.
Thank you!

Merge into... drop down menu lists someone else's topicsHello,
When I click on the Merge into... menu, the list of topics shown are all from a different company. I don't recognize them at all, and doing a search shows that those topics don't belong to our GetSatisfaction forum. If you could look into it, that would be great. I like the drop-down menu idea, though! Can't wait to use it when it's fixed.
Thanks!

Can't set the user-defined code from the topic pageDid the ability to set the user-defined code from the topic page go away with the last update? We use the codes a lot and it was easier for us to be able to set the code on the topic page. It was especially helpful in marking merged topics as merged. Now, I have to go back to Management view and set the code, which adds an extra step. Is it possible to bring back the user-defined code to the topic page? Or is it still there and I'm not seeing it?
Thanks!

Where can I find our Net Promoter score?Hello,
I'm having trouble finding the Net Promoter score for our company since the GS site got updated (good job, btw!). It used to be right on the Admin page, but I can't seem to find it in any of the Admin sections. Where can I find out our score?
Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Thanks for looking into this.
I don't know if this is related, but I'm looking at this thread:
http://getsatisfaction.com/jamlegend/...
And noticed that there are a lot of merging that was done about 10 hours ago. When I click on the original title thread and get to the change page,
http://getsatisfaction.com/jamlegend/...
It says this person:
http://getsatisfaction.com/people/pub...
Made the merge. It's not anyone currently associated with JamLegend, though I think it's the company the JL guys founded before JL. I don't know what happened overnight, but things seem to be a lot of weirdness.
Thanks again
