As far as comcast's customer service in general goes.... just poke around at any of the other comcast threads going on this site.
The good news, others that have had the same problem as you (transferring business service) have had their problems handled fairly rapidly through this site.

Comcast Worst Customer Service ExperienceWe are relocating our offices and have followed the protocols to relocate our Comcast communication line. After getting repeated promises from Comcast Customer Service center Representative and their supervisor that no problem it will be done and someone will contact you soon, we never got a call back from Comcast. Our deadline is tomorrow. I wanted to know, are we alone in this horrible Comcast Customer Service Experience? Does anyone has any advice or suggestions to us. Thanks.
