Could you let us know which browser you are using? Works without a problem for me using built-in key pad of my MacBook. Is this more to do with the mouse?

iphone does not currently support flash paper as far as we know. This is something we need to consider when replacing Macromedia Flash Paper we use, in the future.

account opening - emails not getting through

We are investigating the problems associated with new users not receiving the account opening e-mails with access details to complete the account opening process.

We are currently working to resolve this issue, which seems to be related to migration of edocr.com front-end to AWS EC2 environment

edocr has been available to the professional and business community since Sep 07. What you see today at www.edocr.com is our first cut (we call it Alpha). We know that we have not got everything right in this version. In fact, it is fair to say, we got very little correct. We love to hear your thoughts as we are gearing to develop the next set of functionality.
