The ability to give money to posse members. Paying back will be done through the bank with a selected percentage rate meaning if you deposit 1,000,000 and you owe someone 500,000 with a percentage of 10%, 10% extra will be taken away + the 15% fee of depositing money. the 10% extra would go to the person you owe. The percentage could be agreed between the posse. this can also be used to give donations/gifts without paying back.
