So you're trying to customise by dragging from Available Items to Active Items (or vice versa)?

Sorry for the slow response. Moitah's right... we're working on it.

The issue is with some of the newer Macs and we've bought a new iMac for testing.

Thanks for the suggestion. We're not sure exactly what we're going to do with backup and restore, but it could definitely be easier than it is now. It's an area we know we need to improve.

Are you sure you were charged again? This doesn't fit with our experience of the App Store... redownloading any app you've bought should be free. It's a little counter-intuitive. You have to tap the buy button again, but it'll let you know that you've already purchased the app.
