Hi Marc-

I'm assuming you've installed the data collector.

Next step would be to open it and enter your email/PW and click the verify button. It should verify okay, and that confirms that your machine can talk to RescueTime.

Once you've done that, click the advanced tab in the app and click "send update now". It should report a success.

If you have issues with any of these steps, click the debug tab and look for errors there. You can copy paste the contents of that tab to team@rescuetime.com and we'll try to offer further help!
