Font Request: the Hoefler & Frere-Jones FoundryExcellent service guys! So excited about Typekit!
I'd like to make a font request... as many as possible from the foundry Hoefler & Frere-Jones. They have some really beautiful fonts, especially for news (blog) publishing.
Their FAQ Topic regarding online use indicates that they have a very online-friendly license for all their fonts. They currently allow flash embedding, including sIFR. They specifically forbid the use of @font-face, but only because it doesn't protect the source file. And they specifically ask that you contact them at info@typography.com if you'd like to include their fonts in other emerging web technologies.
I'd especially like to have the following fonts:
Knockout (No. 48, 69 & 90 especially)
Tungsten
Archer
Whitney
Gotham
Fell Type
Verlag

I would file a report with Twitter. There's a support form here:
http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/p...
Tell them you've reported it to the authorities who may be contacting them for more information. Hopefully Twitter can turn off the account to the public and retain any and all records for the DOJ's investigation.
Thanks for making the report to the NCMEC.

I strongly recommend you follow the advice of the US Dept of Justice.
At the bottom of the above linked page is a link to a reporting form at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). They'll contact the appropriate federal agency who will follow up with you about your report.
Its important that you report it so that you don't somehow get wrapped up in an online child porn investigation. Reporting the incident protects you.

Avatars keep disappearingAvatars keep disappearing. Over the last couple of days I've noticed that several people's avatars are randomly going missing and thus breaking the layout. When I access the urls directly, Amazon S3 says the keys are invalid. It seems there's a bug in your code somewhere that's either accidentally deleting S3 assets inadvertently.
