Thank you for reply.I've checked these instructions.

At last I managed to import all my songs by importing every sub folder one by one mannually,rather then importing the whole music folder.All of the songs were mp3 or wma format.

But still i tried several times to import one of those folders.I
guess maybe there were some "strange or broken files" in that folder.But I don't know which file and the type of it caused the crash,because Songbird didn't give me the information when it suddenly crashed.

The strange thing is that I've imported those songs several times under Ubuntu and Windows xp with Songbird,and never met this problem.

Anyway this is just a tiny problem and maybe a occasional one.

I really hope Songbird will be better and better,if Songbird
1)can play wma files on mac(I know this is already on the Roadmap)
2)uses less cpu
3)can edit tag information of wma files
it will absolutely be the best player!

Where does songbird store album artwork on a Mac computer?
I'm just trying to transfer from a PC to a Mac,and I want my songbird with me.Most of the time I will listen to my music with songbird but not iTunes.I love songbird:).
I know where it store album artwork on a PC,but I don't know where it does on a Mac.How can I transfer the artwork or any other data of songbird?
