This must be annoying and I hope I can help. We haven't received reports from other people experiencing the same problem and everything is good on our systems.
Can you try the following:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) and let us know what browser you are using?
4. If possible, can you try loading the site on a different computer or network? This will be able to help us to find out whether the problem lies on Yola's side or on your side.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Michael - Yola Pro is an annual fee, we don't currently have other payment options like monthly or once-off. You can choose not to renew your Yola Pro subscription after one year if you choose.
We're aware that people would like to have a member registration and login feature and this is something that we still need to develop. Unfortunately I can't give you any information on whether it will be a paid or free feature. – Marije, on November 03, 2009 11:04

What happens when you try to upload a file, does an error message appear?
These are general instructions that we provide if people are having difficulty using the File Manager:
1. What browser and browser version are you using? If you are using Google Chrome, please note that this is not currently a supported browser for Yola, and older versions are particularly problematic. Preferably switch to a different browser (Firefox, IE or Safari), but at the very least make sure you are running the latest version of Chrome.
2. Check what version of Flash you have installed. In order to find out click this link: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewC... Please ensure you are using the latest version of Flash.
3. If you have access to a different browser, computer or network environment please try to upload a file and let us know if the error still occurs or if you get a different result.
4. Please can you try logging out of your Yola account and clearing your browser's cache (this link has more information: http://www.google.com/support/account...)
5. Please can you make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies from Yola (this link has more information: http://www.google.com/cookies.html)

This usually happens when the path to the file is not identical in terms of the lettering (upper and lower case letters).
If your file name is "resources/Flash File.SWF" for example, you can't have "resources/flash file.swf" in the code, it will need to be "resources/Flash File.SWF"
Currently the swf files will display in the site builder but not on your published site. This is a bug on our part and we will change it so that it's consistent in the site builder and on the published site.
If the above doesn't help, can you post a link to the affected page so that we can take a look?

Hi Brian - if the default line spacing of the text widget is double-line spacing, you can hit the Shift-Enter keys together (Firefox and Internet Explorer) or Ctrl-Enter (Safari) when you want to go to the next single line. Thanks for coming back to us Dennis. Unfortunately, it's difficult to say why it's not working if you've removed it. If you could add it back, I can definitely take a look for you. Could you also let us know which browser you are using?
Google Calendar has all the steps on this link: http://www.google.com/googlecalendar/.... You also need to make sure that your calendar is made public. (I did test on one of my sites and it does work - I was using Firefox as a browser). – Marije, on October 31, 2009 15:25
