Hi Guido!
You can manually underline and color the links if you would like them to change: http://dfadsfasfasfad.yolasite.com/.
Or are you looking for the underline or color change to only happen when someone hovers over it?
A comment on the question "Internet recognition?" in Yola:
Oh gosh, totally! Corey - I may be way off the mark :) As an addition, if you publish a site on Yola, it will work with and without the 'www'. – Marije, on November 30, 2009 17:49
Marije replied on November 30, 2009 17:41 to the question "Internet recognition?" in Yola:
Hi Corey,
We currently have a known issue where all URLs have www.example.com as the primary (canonical) domain. This means that even if you configure your DNS settings with your domain registrar, and you elect not to have the "www", your domain will resolve with the "www" included when you publish your site on Yola. We are working on a solution that will allow you to decide whether you want the "www" or not.
We can manually make the change for you so that your site is published to an address without "www" and if you would like to go ahead with that, please post your site's address here.
If your domain is not yet pointed to Yola, please make sure you have 2 A records set up to support your address with and without "www". Both A records should point to 208.75.208.172.
Once we have fixed the bug, you will be able to choose whether you want to use the "www" or not. Many people actually want to use "www" whereas others prefer not to. It is purely an aesthetic decision and it does not affect your SEO or PageRank either way. However, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected change on our side.
A comment on the question "Why can't I resize thumbnails?" in Yola:
Hi Stephanie - could you post the following information so that we can sort this out:
1. What browser are you using? Please make sure it's a supported browser: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....
2. Can you give me the file name of one or two of the files that are not displaying/deleting for you.
Thank you. – Marije, on November 30, 2009 16:23

Santa, a year and a half ago!! Glad to hear that you haven't seen the "Reloading Page" for a while, we've certainly been working on this kind of thing behind the scenes :) – Marije, on November 30, 2009 13:14
Marije replied on November 30, 2009 12:51 to the problem "I have deleted a page from my site pages and I can still visit it if I type it's url in... Why is this?" in Yola:
@Rob.B and @Yola_User_A - we appreciate your concern and hope we can clear some of the air. Some bugs are quick and easy to fix and we try to get those fixes out fast. Other bugs can affect other parts of our service and we would rather be sure that everything is ok before releasing it.
If a bug (like this one) does not have a huge effect on your website - ie. your site is still up, you are still able to edit it and there is no extreme threat to the service, then it may take slightly longer for the fix to go out. We thought it had been fixed properly, it wasn't and we want to make sure that the next fix is right with no adverse effect to your sites.
We're very happy when our customers report bugs and help us to get them fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and constructive comments until it is fixed.

You're welcome to address tickets to me, but if I'm offline then another person on the team would answer :) I'm not sure what station on blip.fm you are referring to - I've never even been on that site!
I've spoken to our engineers and externally hosted code should not affect the site builder loading (this is for you too Santa!)
Could I ask if you have any plugins installed on your browser? For example, last week I had someone who had some type of Yahoo toolbar that seemed to affect the loading of the site builder. Could you try to disable them so that we could find out? – Marije, on November 30, 2009 11:58

Greyeyesgabriel -
Unfortunately we are unable to find any problem with your sites and everything is looking good on our side. Can you confirm that you logged into your account on another computer/network altogether? I would really like to eliminate whether it is a problem on our side or your system itself.
In the meantime, I'm also going to ask one of our engineers to take a further look at your site.

Hi Rob - we've fixed the problem with your specific site and removed the deleted page. Unfortunately there seems to be more work to be done on this bug when our engineers had thought it was fixed - I'm sure there will be a permanent solution very soon. – Marije, on November 30, 2009 08:12
Marije replied on November 30, 2009 08:09 to the question "Why does my page look like cut, and paste?" in Yola:
Hi Shane - this does sounds like monitor settings and there's not much we can do from our side unfortunately. You can try and fiddle with the background color to see if it matches your image color 'black'. More information on how to do that on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....
I hope that helps!

Marije replied on November 30, 2009 06:09 to the problem "My site won't load AT ALL!" in Yola:
Greyeyesgabriel,
We would certainly like to help you to get your site loading. Could you let us know which particular site it is in your account or is it all of them?
Generally, we offer the steps below when people are struggling to load their sites in the site builder:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
4. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...
5. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
6. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.
I know you've probably tried some of them already, but if we could make sure that those steps are out of the way and which site it is, then we can help you further.

Marije replied on November 28, 2009 11:48 to the question "ezyfishing.co.nz - I cant get the fixed width layout properly centered." in Yola:
Hi raxmusrubbish,
I think that the reason this is happening on your home page is because you have content which seems to be extending past the body of the page on the right hand side in the site builder. I'm not sure why this is happening and I'm going to ask one of my colleagues for some advice and will come back to you.
I also notice that your site redirects to your .yolasite.com address. If you would like ezyfishing.co.nz to be your primary domain, please follow the steps on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

Marije replied on November 28, 2009 08:00 to the question "Paypal error message" in Yola:
Hi jwoodperson,
I've searched for an answer for the error you are seeing and one of the problems appears to be using double-quote marks when adding sizes - if you have double-quote marks when creating the button, you must remove them. Any additional characters or spaces that could be added to your settings can also affect the buttons.
Here are some threads that may help:

Can you check that out on your side and let us know if that helps at all?
