Hi,
There is currently a problem with the login process. To log in, you will first need to log in in the top right corner (before clicking on play) at www.chesscube.com. As soon as you have logged in, click on play.

Hi,
First you need to download ChessCube Cinema (http://www.chesscube.com/cinema - if you have not done this already) Make sure you register your ChessCube Cinema to the correct username (the one you used when you purchased the video.)
Once you have installed Cinema, the video should appear in it's library (click on Update library if the video does not show automatically) - click on the video to download it. Once it has finished downloading, you can watch it in ChessCube Cinema by clicking on Play at that video.

Hi,
ChessCube is built on Flash technology. In order to run the site a Flash file of about 3.5 MB must be downloaded to your system. This should only happen the first time you use ChessCube or if we update that file. If you have a slow connection, the loading time might be long, but subsequent opening of the page should be quick.

If you cannot remember your username, send an email to support@chesscube.com from the email address you used in registration asking what your username is - we will then send it to you.

You do not need to download ChessCube to play. Simply log on at http://www.chesscube.com/login/
