A comment on the question "Feeds not loading into Twitter" in twitterfeed:
The newest item in that feed (Episode 6) seems to have been posted to twitter ok (http://twitter.com/AdVerve/status/592...), so once new items appear in the feed they should then be posted. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 22:40
A comment on the question "Need to undo phrase on auto-update posts" in twitterfeed:
If you can't sign in with the original OpenID anymore, you could register a new account on twitterfeed, and then contact us on twitter at @twfeed with the details of the new account, from the twitter account you are posting to (as this confirms that you own the account), and we'll be able to move your existing feed(s) to the new account. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 22:37
A comment on the question "Linking HelloTxt" in twitterfeed:
I can't replicate this at all - if you like, you could email me your HelloTxt API key (mario at betaworks dot com), I couldn't replicate this with any test accounts, just as long as I had existing services setup in HelloTxt. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 22:35

Mario Menti replied on November 22, 2009 22:19 to the problem "Twitterfeed bit.ly click data now always 0" in twitterfeed:
It looks like for some reason these 2 links somehow haven't registered at bit.ly correctly, but they do redirect ok (e.g. http://bit.ly/07NIe7N seems to redirect ok, but the bit.ly info page for that URL - http://bit.ly/info/07NIe7N - seems to not be able to find the link).
Perhaps this was a temporary issue, but if this persists, could you let me know and I'll try and get some more info from the bit.ly guys directly.

A comment on the question "Feeds not loading into Ping.fm? Worked with Twitter though." in twitterfeed:
Could you let me know at least one of the feeds you are posting (so I can find your account), and the feed URLs that you are having problems with (i.e. that aren't posting). I'll then try and take a closer look. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 22:05

A comment on the problem "Only showing one of my Twitter accounts, but still posting to all" in twitterfeed:
There's definitely only one entry for this feed URL, and I can't see anything set up to post to @elogiamedia. The latest post to that account (when looking at twitter itself) seems to be 16th Nov, so perhaps the feed has been deleted already? – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 21:59
A comment on the problem "New Twitterfeed Not Feeding" "Not checked yet"" in twitterfeed:
Given that you have 10 feeds, could you let me know which feed in particular shows problems, so I can take a closer look at the specific feed(s)? – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 21:56
A comment on the question "Twitter Account Locked because of to many attempted logins" in twitterfeed:
If you have an existing feed setup in twitterfeed, you don't need to authenticate at twitter in order to delete it. In the dashboard, click on "edit" the feed you want to delete, and then in the bottom left hand there is a "Delete feed" link which will delete the feed from twitterfeed. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 21:54
A comment on the question "Bit.ly API Credentials do not work" in twitterfeed:
Could you let me know the twitter account you're posting to - I'l then try and take a closer look to see if I can figure out what's going on.. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 21:52
A comment on the problem "Unknown Post in my Twitterfeed" in twitterfeed:
Very strange - has it actually been posted to facebook? twitterfeed by definition only posts content from the feed URL you specify, so if it was posted it would suggest that for some reason it was part of that feed, even if only temporarily. – Mario Menti, on November 22, 2009 21:50

A comment on the question "Twitterfeed not updating twitter nor facebook" in twitterfeed:
It looks like we're having some delays with feeds that are set to more infrequent updates, are looking at this now and will hopefully improve shortly - apologies for the issues. – Mario Menti, on November 20, 2009 16:34
Mario Menti replied on November 20, 2009 16:25 to the problem "Unknown Post in my Twitterfeed" in twitterfeed:
I can't see that post, did you delete it?
Looking at your account, the "last posted" value we have in our database is "2009-11-20 14:22:33", which matches the newest item currently in the feed ("On Liberty and Mammograms"), which tells us that twitterfeed hasn't posted anything to your account since that time.
If the post came from elsewhere, you can always change your twitter password - if you used OAuth to authenticate when you set up the feed (rather than giving us your twitter password), then twitterfeed will continue to work even if you change your twitter password.
