A comment on the problem "Twitterfeed not twittering anymore" in twitterfeed:
Yes, looks like a similar issue, so have set it back to polling for now. – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 14:37

A comment on the problem "How to delete an old account but keep the new?" in twitterfeed:
Sorry about this, sometimes messages get lost in the swamp of auto-DMS we receive, but I've just gone through the last few days of DMs and can't seem to see one from your account.
I think the issue is that @twfeed doesn't follow your account, so you can't send us DMs. Could you follow @twfeed, and the account will automatically follow you back within ca. 30 minutes. Once it does, you'll be able to DM @twfeed. – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 14:28

Mario Menti replied on December 10, 2009 13:59 to the question "my twitterfeed can't parse my url. what can i do to fix this?" in twitterfeed:
What is the feed URL you are trying to use? Checking the URL at http://feedvalidator.org may also give you some info if there's some invalid content in the feed.
Mario Menti replied on December 10, 2009 13:55 to the question "How can I "autopublish" old entries of my blog? Is it posible?" in twitterfeed:
This isn't easily possible - the only potential way you could do this is if your feed contains GUIDs, in which case you could go to the advanced settings of your feed in the twitterfeed dashboard, and select the "post new items based on GUID" option (instead of "pubDate"), *and* uncheck the "feed is sorted" checkbox. This should then eventually go through the entire feed and post any not-previously-posted items.
A comment on the question "Twitterfeed can't parse my blog feed?" in twitterfeed:
I'm not 100% sure, but it could be the blank lines in the feed that cause our parser a problem. Do you have control over the feed content? If yes, could you try removing any empty lines in the feed to see if that works? – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 11:41

A comment on the question "Help Remembering Email for Account" in twitterfeed:
Really sorry, this was my mistake - the feeds are actually under a myvidoop OpenID, so "Sign In with OpenID" -> click the "OpenID" image/badge, and enter "rtread48.myvidoop.com" should work? – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 11:34
A comment on the problem "Blop posts twice on my twitter page!" in twitterfeed:
What may be happening is that the blogspot OpenID now redirects to the custom domain? I can see recent login using the custom domain, but not on the blogspot OpenID. If that's the case, we can move your feed to the custom domain if that's what you want to do. – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 11:31

Mario Menti replied on December 10, 2009 11:22 to the problem "One feed parsed ok only sometimes, and most did not." in twitterfeed:
I think I can see the problem - at the moment we don't support feeds under SSL/https, and your feed URLs seem to redirect to pages at "https://sites.google.com/a/orchidsfor..., so our feed parser can't fetch them.
Mario Menti replied on December 10, 2009 09:11 to the problem "facebook...error 341 Feed action request limit reached" in twitterfeed:
There some app limits imposed by facebook - these are somehow dynamically set, but right now it seems that twitterfeed can post 10 items a day to a user's wall, and after that the above error is thrown. I don't think we can change these limits ourselves, they seem to be set based on application activity and usage.
A comment on the question "Old OPENID Won't Stop Feeding my accounts" in twitterfeed:
Hi Joshua, really sorry to mess you around, but the 4 twitter accounts that have feeds posting to them from this OpenID account are...
TLFFraternal
nbatzig
rulesofcivility
ChristReformed
.. could you possibly send us a message from one of these accounts? Really sorry, but just want to make sure we have confirmation of ownership before we start removing content.. – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 08:54
A comment on the problem "unable to log in says I do not have an account" in twitterfeed:
Can you let me know the twitter account you are posting to, and I'll try and take a look to see if we can find your account details that way. Re. this support forum, this is a 3rd party service we use for customer support, so login/user details are separate from twitterfeed login details. – Mario Menti, on December 10, 2009 08:37
