A comment on the problem "Feeds not being posted to identi.ca" in twitterfeed:
Looking at it, it seems our requests to the feed URL are timing out - we have a cut-off of 8 seconds, and at the moment it seems it takes longer than that to fetch the content. I'll see if there is something we can do at our end, but the feed content is quite large (200KB), not sure if it's possible to trim it at your end? – Mario Menti, on December 21, 2009 11:38
A comment on the problem "feed status: not checked yet (it's been 2 hours)" in twitterfeed:
This is very strange, I can see the feed URL in the database, but there is no corresponding services entry (it works on the basis that you define a feed, and then add one or more services to it, e.g. twitter, Facebook etc.)
What do you see when you edit the feed in the dashboard and click through to "Step 2", are there any services shown? If not, could you try adding one, save, and once completed verify that it's been added (e.g. by editing the feed again)? Just wondering if perhaps for some reason there was a problem saving the service information. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 17:55
A comment on the problem "Twitterfeed to Facebook gives: "facebook error: 200 Permissions error"" in twitterfeed:
Thanks for the additional info, we'll try an dig a little deeper. I think any page that appears in the dropdown once you authenticated at facebook should be a valid page that we can post to, so I'm not sure why we'd still get the 200 permissions error when trying to post.. but as I said, we'll try and dig a bit deeper and will try to replicate it here somehow, which would help to figure out what's happening. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 17:47
A comment on the problem "Can't locate an earlier Twitterfeed" in twitterfeed:
OK that's done, you should now see 4 feeds in the gmail account. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 17:44
A comment on the question "Feed not updating" in twitterfeed:
It looks like for some reason we aren't receiving any pubsubhubbub notifications from that feed, although feedburner in theory should support it. I've set the feed back to polling for now, until we have more info. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 17:38
A comment on the problem "Dashboard gone screwy" in twitterfeed:
OK, that makes sense, we'll see how we can improve the layout and functionality on that page. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 17:19

A comment on the problem "Twitterfeed not feeding to my FB, though still feeding to my Twitter" in twitterfeed:
Thanks for the update, and apologies for the issues caused by the data migration we had to undertake - hopefully going forward things should work smoothly, but let us know if you continue to have any problems. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 16:42
A comment on the question "twitterfeed not checking my feed" in twitterfeed:
We had a number of issues due to a long-running data migration that caused problems with a number of feeds. If the problem still persists, please let us know and (if you haven't already) include the twitter account you're having problems with. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 16:41

A comment on the problem "Can't find transferred feeds" in twitterfeed:
It looks like for some reason the transfer didn't work - it actually only works for feeds which have been set up using a twitter username/password (which we don't recommend anymore).
Could you email me your details (twitter accounts, user account etc.) to mario at betaworks dot com, and I'll take a closer look. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 16:35

A comment on the problem "Lag" in twitterfeed:
Apologies for these issues, we had some major issue with a long-running data migration, but things look like they're getting back to normal now. – Mario Menti, on December 18, 2009 15:39
