We currently have only fixed shows back to about 1 month, so anything older than that is currently broken. We will try to fix those videos too. Please check back again in the next week or so.

Please be patient. The videos are actually playing back fine already. You will have to be patient until your flash-cache expires. It's tricky to explain, but if you want, please doublecheck your channel on a different computer.

We want to let you know that only the archived version of the content is affected, it plays fine during the live-broadcast itself. Furthermore, the system will automatically fix all archived shows every 2 days.

As you can imagine, we are not happy with the current solution. We are working on something that should resolve this problem. The current ETA is sometimes in October.

No, we don't allow a direct integration of a youtube video. You must have the video stored on your computer in order to be able to upload it to Kyte.

RE: Your questiton: It is actually pretty easy to embed a Kyte Player onto a website. The procedure is actually very similar to embedding it on a social network:

Instead of clicking a social-network icon, you go ahead and copy the HTML code and paste this code into your website.

A general tip: This problem occurs more often in situations with a 'unstable' network condition. Therefore, please make sure that your network conditions are as good as possible.

So far,we do support all Nokia S60 3rd Gen. phones for our live-streaming app.
Hence, the O2 Xda Exec is not (yet) compatible with this app.

Most likely though (we have not yet tested this phone), you could produce shows from this phone using email and watch your favorite Kyte channels when browsing to http://m.kyte.tv.

A comment on the question "Please please help!" in Kyte:

No problem. Please understand that we are generally NOT blocking anyone because we are NOT constantly on all the chat rooms/channels. Normally, if we are blocking someone, we are being pointed to a misbehaving user by other users. Naturally, before blocking someone, we are double-checking if the user is actually really chatting in a inappropriate way or maybe this person is spamming. You see, we are really careful with blocking people from chatting. Note, the channel-owner can block users from chatting too. – Marius, on September 15, 2008 16:45

It looks like PDA-channel has activated chat-moderation. Chat Moderation allows the channel owner to restrict chatting to either only signed in Kyte-users or to only allow the channel owner to chat.
If you were signed in and couldn't chat, there is the possibility of the channel owner blocking you from chatting on that channel, however, that is rarely the case if you behaved.
