Oh, I did receive an email from twitter support about the username1 but that does not help me because I do not have access to the email account that the "username1" is signed up to. I'm not sure if that is the email you are referring to. – Jenn~, on July 21, 2008 19:53

Hi lorrene. You can send in a support ticket by sending an email to support AT twitter DOT com instead of using the form. I suggest you use the subject line: "bug: 'something is technically wrong with restored account" (or something similar to that) – mdy, on July 16, 2008 08:06

I can't open a ticket support on http://twitter.com/help because I received 'something is technically wrong' message. My account was restored on may 29. Please check this.

Zendesk must be their new support system, which as far as I know isn't fully operational yet.... It might be a good idea to submit the same details by email to support AT twitter DOT com, just to be on the safe side. The access key problem is apparently temporary. Crystal mentioned in another thread in this forum that the ticket is still stored but just temporarily inaccessible via the access key, and that they hope to have that up and working by middle of this week. – mdy, on July 15, 2008 04:56

Yes, the email sent me to twitter.zendesk.com. I had to register and I see the request just as I wrote it on the help page. I'm just not sure if it's suppose to be there since I saw a 'Check on request' link on the help page & I do not have an access key for it. I have the same problem. I deleted LOVELYJENN1 and don't have access to the email account. My cellphone is connected to that username and I'm trying to get it reactivated so I can take my cellphone off of it. My new username is LOVEJENNIFER which I would like my cellphone attached to that account. Any help???
