OK, thanks - sad about that, but thank you for your prompt reply. A question: Virgin seem to mostly use t-mobile towers here in the UK, so could settings for t-mobile work?

I am having problems getting set up on mobile for Virgin UK
Although Virgin UK is listed, and I have tried to enter my phone number several times, I am getting now CONFIRMATION CODE delivered to my phone. Secondly, your instructions say INCLUDE THE AREA CODE, but is not clear about if this should include +44 for UK, or drop the leading 0 on UK area codes?
