Hey mom, you know how you hated when your kids left the toilet seat up, or when dad used to wake you up with all the snoring? Remember how proud you were when your son aced his first test? Remember when you had that idea about how everyone could all help to get the laundry done faster?
Well, you could use Get Satisfaction to get the message to the right people whenever you wanted. And, since we're all connected on the Internets, your messages would never get lost again. Tell dad and the kids about the snoring using "Report A Problem," "Tell everyone about your laundry chores idea using "Share an Idea", and tell your son how proud you are with "Give Praise".
And the next time one of your kids get home at 3 am, use "Ask A Question", to find out why they made you worry so much. Oh, and don't forget the sad face - it'll help lay on the guilt.

Wonderful RSS solution! Thanks for such a great service. I've only been using it for a few days, and it's already more convenient than a traditional feed reader. Since I used to check my email AND a feed reader, this eliminates one of the steps. I see that you're planning to implement some more advanced settings within the user accounts, like email frequency. That's great and I can't wait!
I'd love to donate, or even pay a small subscription fee for such a great - ad free service. If you ever need to go down that road in the future, I'd be on board :)

New setting for "type" of feed email - subject only, subject plus summary, etc.Request:
It would be great if you could set a "type" of feed email. For example, "Email subject only," or "Email subject plus snippet", where a snippet could be 100-200 characters of the full story.
Reason:
Some of my subscriptions are for application trackers. For example, I subscribe to the feed for macupdate.com, so I don't miss if there was an update to an application installed. The problem is, the feed email contains the full feed contents, so in any given day, I get the full listing for 30-50 updates. Each update item in the feed contains a full description, notes, etc. So it might take a very long time to scroll through the entire feed email.
