I can't login to my work account flexrecruitment - i need the account resetting - i have emailed 3 days ago and had no response ....

ive emailed support@twitter.com - no response - o have sent for password but isnt going to correct email address ??? please reply mark.hobbs@flexrecruitment.co.uk with solution -

Account Login failure
We have an account with twitter - flexrecruitment - we cannot find the login details - the account was set up by us as the job feeds are going there however we cannot get into the account and when we do password reminder it isnt going to the correct person or to anyone so we cant login - please respond to mark.hobbs@flexrecruitment.co.uk
