A comment on the problem "My iPhone calendar will not sync with Outlook 2007" in Apple:

Outlook 2007 does not have a "detect and repair" option under the Help tab. It does have a diagnostic feature, which I ran and completed, without finding any problem with Outlook 2007. iPhone 3G still DOES NOT sync all calendar items... – Mark Schacht, on August 25, 2008 17:40
