Dear Bill,
Through first hand experience, I beleive that the New York State Department of labor is comitting criminal activity regarding their public works department. Through legislation inspired by union political action funds the Labor Department is attacking small and larger non union companies to eliminate competition in the industry.

These activities involve legislation and enforcement activities which do not promote the best interests of the taxpayer and I also believe non union businesses rights are severely violated.
