Actually you misunderstood my question.

I haven't setup an account yet, but the terms of service were not very clear on termination of service. What I was meaning to ask is if I were to decide the service isn't a good fit and transfer my names out, what is needed to be done in order to prevent any additional billing when canceling the account? For instance 1on1 requires a registered letter (as in postmail or fedex) be sent to cancel an account to prevent billing. While Yahoo requires the account be canceled via the online controls.

I am just very through about researching terms of service. If not can you image the outrage of dealing with a service such as 1on1?
