Alex - thanks for the feedback, when you say it doesn't work what exactly is happening. I have it running on a mac in Firefox and Safari and don't see any issues.

Narendra - what browser/version are you using?

If you clear the cache in the browser and restart the browser does it fix the issue?

Hi, currently our Silverlight viewer (the viewer used on the msnbc page) is not fully integrated into the site, you can view it at: www.photosynth.com/silverlight and you can page in the URL of the synth you want to view into the textbox at the bottom. We are working hard on getting it fully integrated into the site soon, otherwise you need to install our D3D version of the viewer but that might not support some older hardware and non windows machines.

What was the text in the error? Also what is the URL of the synth that is not working for you?
