I've tried the workarounds, and still no luck. I am on BES, is that what's keeping me from doing the Security Timer Reset or are there other issues with BES?

The FAQ says you'll have an update when the new build is available. 5.0 is AVAILABLE as an open download from the Blackberry Storm site and VZW will have it on Sunday. So when can we expect a working version for OS 5.0?

Alpha won't work on Blackberry Storm

I've spent hours fiddling with Qik on my Blackberry Storm. Loaded beta version, used compatabily mode, disabled compatabily mode, still won't work and there's no way to close the app without a battery pull. This is my second time trying Qik, and I'm not sure I'll ever be ready for a third. Will you ever have a working solution for the Storm?

I'm trying to log in and often over the last couple of days I've been getting the message that I'm blocked. When I try to click on the problem report page, it says I'm blocked. What have I done to have this happen?
