I apologize for the update problems that you have experienced. To correct this please complete the following steps.
-First clear out your temporary internet files. Do this by opening the internet explorer, Click on the word "tools" then "Internet options"
When this window opens, choose delete files.
- Right click on the CounterSpy icon in the service tray (down by the time on your desktop) and choose “Shutdown CounterSpy”
- Download the latest definition file from the following link. When asked to “run or save”, choose save and save the file to your desktop.
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/c...
- Double click on the downloaded file to update the definitions
- Restart CounterSpy by clicking on Start/All Programs/Sunbelt software/CounterSpy
The definitions should now be up to date.
If you continue to have trouble updating, please let us know.
Regards,-
